Coast Lawn Bowls Group meets on the Friday following the
monthly

meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Many members would like to review photography basics, whilst others
would like to review more advanced techniques. We are also fortunate in
that there will no doubt be quite a few people who can offer their own
experience to the group.
There is also interest in some local photographic excursions to points of interest and we may be able to run a monthly or quarterly competition for the best shot of the month/quarter etc. Some specific topics to be covered are:-

| Coast Getaway Group  |
The
Coast
Getaway
group is for people interested in getting together for
caravan, cabin and motel holidays. Outings will normally be in the first week of March and the first week of September each year. The next trip will be to Tamworth 4 nights/5 days 6th - 10th September. Click here for more details. meet be on 4th Wednesday of each month unless this clashes with the Sausage Sizzle in which case it

the 5th Wednesday. Always

for the new booking and cancellation system These events (sausage sizzle picnics) are a great day out and a great way to see old friends and make new ones. Our volunteer Sizzlers, under the expert eye of our Head Sizzler, provide first class sausages, buns, condiments and dessert – all for an amazing $4.00pp. Date: The Sizzles will normally be held on the third Wednesday of each month. However, if this happens to be the same week as the monthly meeting, the sizzle will probably be moved to the 4th Wednesday. Make sure you check the calendar page every month. Location: will vary from month to month. Please check the calendar page where map references and maps are provided. Time: Come along from 10.30am onwards. Sausages will be ready from about midday. Cost: $4 per person (subject to change without notice) includes bread rolls with sausage and onion followed by dessert. BYO drinks and table, chairs, umbrellas. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, a notice will be placed on the front page of this web site by 10.00am on the day of the sizzle. If you do not have internet available then check with the Coast Sizzlers Convenor. Booking for the sizzle: If you would like to attend a sizzle then please place your name on the list that will be on the notice board at the meeting prior to the sizzle. If you are not at the meeting then please let the Coast Sizzlers Convenor know by the Sunday before the sizzle date. Cancellations: If you book for a sizzle and later find that you cannot attend please advise the Coast Sizzlers Convenor by the day before the sizzle (Tuesday) so that we can avoid over catering and subsequent wastage. |

Coast Tennis Day: every Monday Time: 2.00pm Location: Forresters Beach courts, Bakali Road (off Bellevue Road), Forresters Beach. Map 80 E8.
