For Microsoft's Internet Explorer:-
  • To save a photo to disk, right click on the image and select "Save Picture As....."
  • To print a photo, right click on the image and select "Print Picture ....."
(Other browser may have slightly different methods of saving and printing)

If your browser does not have a print option in the right click menu, you can save the image to your hard drive, open it in you image viewing program then select the print option in that program.
